Vicki’s classes have been great for me. They follow a theme and are very tailored to each individual. Enjoy gentle Yoga Asanas that encourage the flow of prana, followed by Yoga Nidra & meditation practices that promote deep peace, relaxation & tranquility.

Weather permitting, enjoy delicious cookies & tea by the fire-pit.

This retreat offers you the chance to experience a nurturing & supportive space as you embrace the beauty & challenges of the winter season.

In addition, we will practice various breathing techniques that are essential for enhancing overall well-being.
