Sharing her passion for all things yoga, Vicki weaves the Eight Limbs of Yoga into her teachings.
She qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), and is also certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, is a Breath Coach and Tropic Ambassador. In addition to her teaching, Vicki has studied Ayurveda and holds a personal interest in Menopause Yoga, bringing a gentle, healing, compassionate and holistic and approach to her classes.
