  • As a certified breath coach Vicki can assist you in understanding the importance of proper breathing and the advantages of a consistent practice.

    Vicki has the training to instruct in different and supportive breathing methods with her 4 week programme. This can be an on-line or face-to-face programme.

  • Just as our bodies require nourishment, our skin thrives on healthy, nourishing, and most importantly, natural ingredients.

Vicki’s classes have been great for me. They follow a theme and are very tailored to each individual. This 1 day RETREAT at the wonderful & spiritual MERKABAH RETREAT is the prefect escape and only 45 minutes from Bournemouth.

This is my healing place, and I can’t wait to share it with you all.

Arrival is around 10am and we depart at 4ish.

I will open our circle with reiki and they day will unfold with the following:
