I’m Vicki—your guide from stressed-out corporate life and an MS diagnosis two decades ago, and now symptom-free, all thanks to living yoga, Ayurveda, positive lifestyle choices and diet. Oh, and a big dose of determination and resilience.

My Story

Twenty years ago, stress, genetics and an unhealthy lifestyle brought on Multiple Sclerosis. This diagnosis made me hit pause on everything—career, habits, priorities—and ask: “What truly matters?” “What do I need to change?” Yoga was already whispering its promise of balance, so I dove in. From Iyengar classes in a bustling gym and project deadlines, I was able to reduce my hours and yoga became my anchor. In 2021, I graduated with a Level 4, 300-hour Hatha teaching certificate from the British Wheel of Yoga, then deepened my practice in Yin, Yoga Nidra and breath coaching. Today, I’m symptom free—and thriving, accepting the challenges of menopause—with the same tools I used to heal.
