Vicki has been practising yoga for 20 years, her journey began at a gym in an Iyengar class & throughout her corporate career in marketing & project management she practiced different forms of yoga. Vicki is a lifelong learner.

Twenty years ago illness took hold. Bought on by stress, an unhealthy lifestyle & genetics. Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis forced Vicki to reassess her life, her priority & her health.

After years of wishing to train as a Hatha Yoga teacher Vicki enrolled with the British Wheel of Yoga & graduated in 2021, L4 300hrs Certificate in Teaching. Vicki’s recently trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & is a Breath Coach. She has a personal interest in Ayurveda the sister science to yoga. Whilst yoga develops our spiritual journey, Ayurveda supports our lifestyle.

“There’s no quick fix, dis-ease can take years to evolve & years to nurture yourself back to good health.” (V Lee). Through determination, resilience, continued study, Yoga & Ayurveda Vicki has established a way of living for her mind, body & soul. She has been symptom free for nearly two decades & today uses the same tools to cope with her symptoms of menopause. A chapter in her life which she chooses to embrace, welcoming the wise woman.

Vicki’s teachings include;

  • Yoga For All - everyBODY welcome. Term-time courses.

  • Drop-in classes - everyBODY welcome

  • Yoga For Men - for flexibility, strength & de-stress.

  • Yoga Nidra - a wonderful deep lying down meditation.
