Yoga is more than poses or asana, it’s a way of life, a healing process, continued study, taking your practice off your mat into daily living, turning up regularly to move your body, breathing with intention and depth, having Yin and Yang in your life, meditating, creating space and quiet, concentration and most importantly listening to your body.

In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra Pradipika (an ancient yogic text), Patanjali describes an eight fold path, known as Ashtanga, ‘ashta’ meaning eight and ‘anga’ meaning limb. When practiced it is designed to help students be more disciplined in their life with the goal of alleviating suffering. They guide you to live a meaningful and purposeful life.
