Maybe you’re a complete beginner to yoga, you’ve been out of practice, you’re suffering with illness or injury or you’re journeying through menopause - then these friendly classes Tuesday evening are for you!

Located at MOORDOWN COMMUNITY CENTRE, we meet Tuesday 6.30pm for 75 minutes of beautiful Hatha Yoga.

You can challenge yourself or keep it relaxed within the space of your body, mind & spirit.

Get out of your head & into YOUR BODY.

The practice always ends with a lovely relaxation or Yoga Nidra.

Bring your mat, props & a blanket.

Yoga For Men…who should be doing yoga!

Join this small class for students that are perhaps very fit, but are feeling a bit inflexible, or you’re feeling your age and need to start looking after YOUR BODY & MIND. We will work on stretching & strengthening.

Thursday evenings at 6.30pm we meet with like-minded people at MOORDOWN COMMUNITY CENTRE for 75 minutes.

You will improve your posture, breathing, become stronger, more flexible & find peace in a busy world.

The practice always ends with a lovely relaxation or Yoga Nidra.

Bring your mat, props & a blanket.
