Practicing Yoga Nidra helps us reach a state between sleep and wakefulness. In this space, we can explore our feelings, thoughts & beliefs differently. We learn to embrace our entire self & experiences in a more spacious & dreamlike way. Instead of judging or rejecting parts of ourselves & our lives, we can accept everything with an open & non-judgmental attitude.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation lying down. It takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being where we can can be healed, restored and awakened to our deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self.
